End-User License Agreement (EULA) — Vasco

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vasco ("Licensor") for the use of the Vasco mobile application ("App").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these terms.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Vasco. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (Mollie, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, Resend, Sentry, Expo, and 19 supported accounting providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. A current list lives in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. Updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VASCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
